Enterprise Rent-a-Car - Clovis, NM

Enterprise came to us when looking for a location in Clovis, New Mexico. We found a property at 2101 N Main that was retrofitted to accommodate their operational needs. This property was leased to Enterprise on a long-term multiyear agreement.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car - Albuquerque, NM

When Enterprise Rent-A-Car needed a new location in Albuquerque, we responded by finding the property with proper zoning, demographic, and land area requirements at 3500 Coors Blvd NW. The property was previously a used car center with an existing office building that was repurposed and enlarged to accommodate new requirements. We also finished the project by providing parking and driving ability so that Enterprise could clean, service, and fit large moving trucks. The project was completed with a long-term lease that Enterprise stated was one of the best locations the company has and the first of its kind in New Mexico.

Sun Valley Commercial Center

We assisted with developing the west side of the Sun Valley Commercial Center with 5 building pad sites and built a structure on Speculation, all of which were sold. Visit this center located on the corner of Edith and Osuna in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Jack-in-the-Box

Our partnership with Jack-in-the-Box provided them with a finished site pad and help them obtain proper permitting for a long-term land lease at 10100 Central Avenue.

Taco Cabana

Our partnership with Taco Cabana provided them with a finished site pad and help them obtain proper permitting for a long-term land lease at 10210 Central Avenue.

Multifamily


Sunport Apartments

Sunport Apartments is a newly completed project on Albuquerque’s South East side. It consists of 42 units serving the market rate population. A second phase of this property will break ground the fall of 2023.

    Sunset Gardens

    Sunset Gardens Apartments, located at 4500 Sunset Gardens SW, is a 185-unit apartment complex. Our current partnership with them is taking the project through the entitlement process that should be completed by July 2023 with construction beginning in the third or fourth quarter of 2023 that will be completed in three phases. It will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym. It will also accommodate those who work from home with a business center and conference room.

      Project Monet

      Monet is a high-end lifestyle lease-based apartment complex coming soon to the corner of Alameda and Barstow in Albuquerque’s far NE Heights. We are currently working with this project through the entitlement process, and it will include all of the amenities expected from this high-end project.

      Single Family


      Valhalla Estates

      Located at the corner of Valhalla Drive and 86th Street SW in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Valhalla Estates is a 99-unit single-family development designed for lower-income individuals. It utilizes HUD Code housing units and incorporates site-built features shipped using hinged roof technology allowing for a 4.5/ 12 pitch. The roof design also allows for an on-site 20X20 garage. These units are affixed to the property with permanent foundation systems, allowing for HUD/FHA financing. This development was completed by Jim Gifford who secured financing for all 99 homeowners.
